1. Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first:

• Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

• iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions

 

2. Delete in the app

If you have an email account: Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account and data are deleted right away.

 

3. Or ask us by email

Write to feedback@lotus-chess.com with the subject "Delete my data". We reply to the email address of your account to confirm, and delete your data within 30 days of your confirmation.

If you don't have an email account, tell us the Lichess or Chess.com username you linked in the app, and we'll delete the data we hold for it.

We never ask for your password.

 

What we delete

Your account, email address, training progress, games, group posts and linked chess username.

 

What we keep

• Purchase records at Apple, Google and RevenueCat, as required by law.

• Anonymous statistics that can't be linked to you.
